House Celeste is the governing noble house of the Hernand region. Their faction quests revolve around the bounty board system, making them one of the primary sources of side content in the early game. House Celeste runs the bounty notices posted on lightposts and wanted boards throughout Hernand. Each bounty targets a named outlaw that you must track down, capture alive, and surrender to the constabulary. These quests reward Silver currency and House Celeste Contribution experience, making them one of the most consistent money-earning activities available.

There are eight bounty targets in total. Bounty posters start appearing once you reach Chapter 2: Golden Greed of the main story. Look for purple bounty poster icons on your minimap around the City of Hernand and in surrounding settlements. Each poster you interact with adds the corresponding bounty quest to your journal under the Faction Quests section.
Completing bounties also builds your Faction Reputation with House Celeste, pushing you toward Friendly and eventually Alliance standing. Higher reputation unlocks access to additional rewards and interactions with House Celeste representatives.
Every bounty follows the same general flow. The process starts when you find and read a bounty poster, which marks the target's approximate location on your map. You then travel to that area, locate the outlaw, subdue them, and deliver them to the local constabulary for your reward.
Find the bounty posterInteract with a bounty poster on a lightpostnotice boardor wall. Purple bounty poster icons appear on your minimap when you are near one. The target's rough location is then marked on your world map.
Track the targetTravel to the marked area. When you get close, a bounty icon appears on your minimap showing the target's position. Some targets move around, so you may need to search the vicinity. Certain bounties also have time-of-day requirements.
Subdue the targetSprint toward the target and press the tackle button to knock them down. Once tackled, punch them repeatedly until a tie-up prompt appears in the lower right corner of the screen. Use the tie-up action immediately to bind them. For combat bounties, you must deplete the target's health bar first before the tie-up option becomes available.
Deliver to the constabularyPick up the bound target and carry them to the nearest constabulary. You can place captured targets on your horse to speed up transport. The Hernand constabulary is located just outside the city walls along the western edge, near the Plaza exit. Turn in the captive to Hernandian Guard Antoni to collect your Silver reward and Contribution experience.
Capturing a bounty target alive always pays the full Silver reward listed on the bounty notice. If the target dies during your encounter (either from excessive hits after tackling or during combat), you only receive half the Silver payout. The Contribution experience reward stays the same regardless of whether the target is delivered alive or dead.
Be careful not to keep hitting a target after the tie-up prompt appears. Continuing to strike after the prompt shows up can accidentally kill the target, cutting your Silver reward in half. For combat-focused bounties where you must deplete a health bar, the target will not die from the standard subdual process, but overkill damage can still be an issue.
The following table lists all eight House Celeste bounty targets in order of reward value. All Silver amounts shown are for alive captures. Dead captures pay half Silver.

Jeffrey is the introductory bounty that is a tutorial for the entire bounty system. He is a pickpocket who steals money from townspeople throughout the City of Hernand. To start this quest, speak with Guard Captain Pedro at the constabulary located to the left of the Plaza exit. Pedro will explain the bounty system and direct you to the bounty notice posted behind him.
Jeffrey wanders the streets of the City of Hernand. Use the bounty icon on your minimap to track his position. Once you spot him, sprint toward him and tackle. Hit him three times and the tie-up prompt will appear. Bind him, then carry him to the constabulary and turn him in to Guard Antoni. You receive 1 Silver, a Mask item, and +100 House Celeste Contribution. The Mask allows you to disguise yourself, which is useful for the Crime System and can also help you approach later bounty targets without immediately triggering their flee response.

Billy is a pickpocket in his mid-40s who was last seen near Hernand's Inn. His bounty notice can be found on lightposts randomly around the City of Hernand. Billy only appears during daytime hoursso make sure to search for him during the day. He hangs around near the Inn area.
When you approach, Billy may attempt to flee or hide. Sprint after him and tackle him down, then hit him until the tie-up prompt appears. Bind him and carry him to the constabulary for delivery to Guard Antoni. Completing this bounty awards 2 Silver and +100 House Celeste Contribution.
Bianca is a contract killer who fakes distress to lure her targets close before stabbing them. Her bounty notice can be found around the Hernand Farmhouse area. She is located at the Church of Hernand. Like Billy, Bianca only appears during daytime. Her map marker shows her general area, but you may need to search around the church and its surroundings to spot her.
Bianca is quick on her feet and will attempt to flee the moment she spots you. Use your sprint to close the gap fast and tackle her before she gets too far. Once tackled, hit her until the tie-up prompt appears, then bind her. Carry her to the constabulary for 5 Silver and +300 House Celeste Contribution.
Simon de Montfort has a bounty on his head for stealing honey from the Pollengarth Apiaryone of Hernand's valuable export products. His bounty notice can be found on a pole near a staircase on a street with several beggar NPCs in the city. Simon is located in Scholastone at the Everfrost Basin, specifically near the Nectarwood Apiary southwest of the Abyss Nexus. This is further from the city than the earlier targets, so prepare for a longer ride.
Simon will run once you enter his vicinity. Chase him down on foot, tackle him, and hit him a few times until the bind prompt appears. You can place him on your horse for the trip back to the Hernand constabulary. The reward is 8 Silver and +100 House Celeste Contribution.
Alessio is a combat bounty found in the Greenfield Highlands near the Ironwood Bandit Camp. Unlike the earlier chase-and-tackle bounties, Alessio requires an actual fight. He has a health bar you must deplete before you can subdue him. Be prepared for a multi-enemy encounter, as bandits in the camp area may join the fight.
Once you deplete Alessio's health, the tie-up prompt will appear. Bind him and transport him back to the Hernand constabulary. The full alive-capture reward is 12 Silver and +300 House Celeste Contribution. If Alessio dies during the fight, you still receive half the Silver (6 Silver) but the same Contribution.
Salvatore fled the city of Vellua after committing murder and is hiding in Sunset Valley in the southernmost part of the Hernand region. He disguises himself by acting sick to avoid drawing attention. His bounty notice is found in the City of Hernand.
Travel to Sunset Valley and use the minimap bounty icon to track Salvatore's position. When you find him, tackle and strike him until the tie-up prompt appears. Bind him and transport him back to the constabulary. Delivering Salvatore alive pays 15 Silver and +300 House Celeste Contribution.
Note: Salvatore's Silver reward is disputed across sources. lists it as 15 Silver, while reports 12 Silver. The discrepancy may be due to game patches or regional differences. The Contribution reward of +300 is consistent across both sources.

Blix is a goblin wanted for unauthorized looting of state-owned ruins. He works under Hornsplitter's Guards and can be found near their camp at Unicorn Cliff in the Nas Riverside area. His bounty notice may appear around the Capra Pasture region.
Blix has a time restrictionhe only appears at his location before 1:00 PM in-game time. You must arrive at Unicorn Cliff before that deadline. If you reach the area before 1:00 PM, you can still interact with him even if the clock passes 1:00 PM while you are there. However, if you arrive after 1:00 PM, he will not spawn.
This is a genuine combat encounter. Blix is a capable fighter and has backup from camp guards and fellow goblins. Defeat him in combat, then bind his body. Place him on your horse for the long ride back to the City of Hernand constabulary. The reward is 15 Silver and +200 House Celeste Contribution. Equipping the Mask obtained from the Jeffrey bounty can let you approach the camp without immediately triggering Blix's flee response.
Warren is the highest-paying bounty in the House Celeste pool at 25 Silver. He is located in Pororin, in the southern part of the Deepwoods. However, you cannot simply walk into Pororin and grab him.
Prerequisite: The Unreachable Village. You must first complete The Unreachable Village quest to gain access to the Pororin Forest area. If you attempt to enter Pororin without completing this quest, the Shai residents will tranquilize and knock you out before you can reach Warren. The Unreachable Village quest involves interacting with Shai and Arkin, retrieving the Relic of Pororin, and delivering it back to Arkin.
Once you have access to Pororin, head to the marked location and engage Warren. He is a dangerous combatant, so come prepared with good equipment and recovery items. Deal enough damage to knock him down, then bind him and carry him to the Hernand constabulary. The 25 Silver payout makes this the single most lucrative bounty available.
In addition to the eight bounty targets, House Celeste also offers several monster hunt faction quests. These involve tracking and defeating powerful creatures across the Hernand region. Monster hunts are separate from the bounty board system and typically reward rare items and Abyss Artifacts alongside Silver and Contribution experience.
Queen's NestDefeat the Queen Spider at Arboria. Rewards include StirrupsQueen's Fangsand an Abyss Artifact.
Rabid Hound of HellwoodDefeat Hemon Beindel at Fort Hellwood. Rewards include an Abyss Artifact.
Silence from AfarTrack and defeat a legendary wolf. Rewards include Shadow ClawLeebur's Souland an Abyss Artifact.
Warren at 25 Silver is the single most valuable bounty. Prioritize unlocking The Unreachable Village quest and completing this bounty for a large payout.
Tackle targets from behind for a guaranteed knockdown. Approaching from the front gives them a chance to dodge or start running earlier.
Always stop hitting the target the moment the tie-up prompt appears. Continuing to strike after the prompt risks killing them and halving your Silver reward.
Place captured targets on your horse for faster transport. You cannot fast travel while carrying a bounty target, so having a horse nearby saves significant travel time on distant bounties like Blix and Warren.
The Mask from the Jeffrey bounty helps you approach targets without immediately triggering their flee response. Equip it before heading to bounty locations.
Billy and Bianca only appear during daytime. If you arrive at their locations at night, wait or meditate until morning.
Check lightposts regularly as you progress through the story. New bounty posters appear as you complete chapters and explore new areas.
Bounties provide a steady income stream. Completing all eight bounties alive yields a total of 80 to 83 Silver (the exact total depends on Salvatore's reward, which is disputed between sources), which is a significant sum in the early to mid game.
The constabulary where you turn in bounties is located outside the City of Hernand along the western edge, to the left of the Plaza exit. Guard Antoni handles all bounty turn-ins.
