Jeffrey is a fugitive and bounty target NPC in Crimson Desert. He has stolen money from numerous townspeople in Hernand and is wanted by the local authorities. Jeffrey is one of the first bounties players encounter; capturing him introduces the bounty system and rewards the player with a Mask item.
