Overview
Jeffrey is a fugitive and bounty target NPC in Crimson Desert. He has stolen money from numerous townspeople in Hernand and is wanted by the local authorities. Jeffrey is one of the first bounties players encounter, and capturing him introduces the bounty system. Completing his bounty rewards the player with a Mask item.
Location
Jeffrey can be found wandering the streets of the City of Hernand. His location is marked on the map once the bounty is accepted from the notice board.
Bounty Details
Jeffrey's bounty poster can be found on bulletin boards in Hernand. He is part of the outlaw bounty system, where players must locate, tackle, and punch the target three times to restrain them before delivering them to the constabulary.
Completing Jeffrey's bounty contributes to the player's Contribution total and rewards the player with a Mask, which is useful for certain stealth activities.
