The Giant Cow is one of the adult cattle mounts in Crimson Desert. Like the rest of the cow/ox family, it shares a 500 Health / 300 Stamina / 60 Attack / 25 Evade stat block and a single rider seat. This variant uses an oversized model compared to the standard cow but shares the same cattle stat block. Adult cattle are bulky, slow, and primarily useful as temporary mounts you capture in the wild or lead back to camp rather than as long-distance travel animals.
Type
Ox/cattle livestock mount. Four-legged ground mount that moves at a lumbering pace. It is treated as livestock by the ranch system rather than as a taming target like the legendary horses.

Attack 60 and Evade 25 are the highest base combat numbers among ox-class livestock, but cattle still lag behind a regular horse in mobility, which is why they are almost always used as farm animals or short hops.
How to Obtain
Capture in the wild. Wild and semi-tame cattle graze at fenced ranches and in open grasslands. Approach, mount, and ride them back toward camp. Cattle taken from NPC fields count as theft, so wear a mask to keep the crime from sticking.
Purchase from Ben at the ranch. Only Dairy-prefixed cattle can be registered at your ranch once you unlock that variant by maxing Trust with Bremer at Muckroot Ranch. Ben at the camp ranch is the vendor who actually sells the cow once the Trust unlock is in.
Where to Find
Regular cattle graze in large herds at Muckroot Ranch north of Howling Hills, which also hosts Bremer, the Trust NPC who unlocks Dairy Cows. Smaller herds wander farmland across Pywel. Night raids on fenced ranches carry fewer witnesses than daytime visits.
Usage
Temporary travel. Wild cattle are primarily used as a short-term mount between objectives when no horse is nearby. The 300 Stamina pool handles moderate sprints but cannot match a proper horse.
Ranch stock. Registered dairy variants breed at the ranch on Howling Hill. A male and female adult pair breed to produce a calf within 5-10 days. Cattle produce milk and butcher for large bones used in camp upgrades.
Not a Dairy variant? If the name does not start with Dairy, the ranch will refuse to register it. The wild variant is still usable as a mount, but it cannot join the breeding rotation.
