Overview
Dried Fish is a food item in Crimson Desert obtained as a reward for completing the Annabella's Request faction quest. It is a preserved fish product that can be consumed for a small health recovery. Dried Fish represents one of the earliest food rewards players receive through the quest system.
While Dried Fish provides only modest healing compared to cooked dishes from the cooking system, it requires no preparation and can be consumed immediately. For players who have not yet unlocked cooking recipes, Dried Fish serves as a reliable early-game healing option.
How to Obtain
Dried Fish is awarded as a reward for completing Annabella's Request, a faction quest available early in the game. The quest requires Kliff to catch a Tench and deliver it to Annabella's assistant at Bloomwood Ranch, southeast of Hernand. Along with the Dried Fish, the quest also rewards a Fishing Rod and a Medium Bag (inventory expansion).
Usage
Dried Fish can be consumed directly from the inventory to restore a small amount of health. It does not require cooking and has no cooldown beyond the standard consumable usage timer. As a basic recovery item, it is outclassed by cooked dishes like Grilled Fish or Fish Porridge, but it remains useful as emergency rations.
