Adrian Alfonso is a Story NPC in Crimson Desert. He is the Baron of Hernand and head of House Alfonso, a prestigious martial family famed for spearcraft. House Alfonso is known as a house of warriors, and Adrian himself takes great interest in martial arts. By actively sponsoring tournaments and sparring matches, he has earned the cheers and respect of fighters across Hernand.
Adrian is based at Lioncrest Manor, situated on a hill northwest of Hernand Town. The manor serves as the seat of the Alfonso barony and features multiple buildings, training grounds, and tournament arenas. The Baron frequently hosts archery and swordsmanship tournaments here, drawing competitors from across the region.

House Alfonso is the baronial house of Hernand, renowned as a prestigious lineage of spearmasters who have preserved and refined their combat techniques across multiple generations. The family maintains a combat manual said to compile the spearfighting methods developed by successive heads of the house, making it both a martial tradition and a treasured heirloom.
Within the feudal hierarchy of Hernand, House Alfonso holds the rank of barony. Hernand is governed by a feudal system and was once a kingdom; however, after losing a war with Demeniss, it was reduced to a duchy. House Celeste serves as the ducal house that governs Hernand, under which are the marquis of House Serkis and House Lanford who govern central Hernand and northern Calphade respectively. Below them are the counts of House Grace, House Roberts, and House Felix, as well as the baronial House Alfonso.
In response to increasing violence across the Hernand region, House Alfonso has stepped up its efforts to organize martial tournaments and recruit skilled fighters, using their expertise in spear combat to contribute to the duchy's defense.

Spear Practice: Training sessions where players can acquire the Counter skill through observation.
Strongbox Puzzle: A hidden puzzle within the manor that yields additional loot.
