Gem crafting is Alabaster Dawn's main customization layer. Artificer NPCs forge and upgrade gems from Essences dropped by Nuemera, then Juno slots them into Divine weapons and Divine Armor for stat boosts and situational effects.

Essences are loot-drop items in Alabaster Dawn obtained from foraging plants and from defeating Nuemera. Their planned use is gem crafting through Artificers, but the system is not yet implemented in the Early Access build.

Nyx is the cosmic curse that warped Tiran Sol from a god-protected world into a shadow-blighted wasteland. Descended in a meteor shower, Nyx scattered the gods, drove humanity underground, and spawned the Nuemera, the monstrous creatures Juno fights as the Outcast Chosen.
Claio Solas, the Divine Sword of Vasia. The first Divine weapon Juno receives, a fast Slashing-damage melee weapon with the basic Water Dance combo and five unlockable Combat Arts.

Recipes are reusable cooking patterns in Alabaster Dawn. They define which ingredients combine into a finished meal and which Boost the meal grants. Recipes are not consumed during cooking, so a single recipe drop can power dozens of fights.

Chakrams are the slow-projectile ranged Slashing weapon class in Alabaster Dawn. The current build ships Fain Solas as the only chakram. The throw curves back to Juno, supports object catching, and unlocks five Combat Arts.

The Chronicle is the main quest line of Alabaster Dawn. It is structured as a sequence of named stories grouped into Chapters and viewable from the Journal menu. The Early Access demo covers the Prologue and most of Chapter 1.
The Custo Turri is a stationary flower Nuemera in Alabaster Dawn with petals that fold into a shield. It fires a single high-damage spike projectile that, when parried, breaks the Custo Turri instantly.
Cabbage, the floating water-pig companion who joins Juno after she awakens with the Divine Marble. Cabbage guides her through Koro Valley, hands her the early Divine weapons, and assists with traversal and puzzle moments.
The Nyx Avatar, listed in-game as 'A Challenger?', is the climactic boss of the Alabaster Dawn demo. It is a humanoid Nuemera with a sword and shield of Nyx energy, fought across three phases outside Lyhamn.

Spheras are the basic bug-like Nuemera enemies of Alabaster Dawn. The plain Sphera is a low-HP swarm filler, while the armored Arma Sphera resists piercing and slashing but folds quickly to Hammer hits.
