The Reliquary Key is a high-tier boss arena key. The reliquary it opens is a sealed Senkamati shrine that houses a giant-tier Plague creature. The key is reserved for the final access door, not for the trash mobs along the way.

Behind that door waits a giant-tier Plague boss, so the key is best thought of as the gate to a set-piece fight rather than a general-purpose unlock. Save it for the sealed entrance: the lesser doors and the enemies leading up to the shrine do not need it.

How to Get

Reliquary Keys drop from quest objectives that lead into the matching reliquary, and from rare loot pools at high-tier Senkamati outposts. The key is single-use and tied to one arena entrance, so plan to clear the run in the same trip you pick it up rather than stockpiling.

Tips

Bring a full kit before using the key: melee, ranged, and a stack of Healing Herbs plus a high-tier Food buff. The reliquary fight reads like a Plague Berserker-tier giant boss: expect a long fight, high HP, and heavy area damage. Stronger consumables such as a Great Healing Potion help when the area attacks land, and reviewing the broader Health and Healing options is worthwhile before committing the key. Co-op makes the giant far more manageable, since the door stays open for the group once it is unlocked.
