Reliquary Keys drop from quest objectives that lead into the matching reliquary, and from rare loot pools at high-tier Senkamati outposts. The key is single-use and tied to one arena entrance.
Tips
Bring a full kit before using the key: melee, ranged, and a stack of Healing Herbs plus a high-tier food buff. The reliquary fight reads like a Plague Berserker-tier giant boss; expect long fight, high HP, heavy AOE.
