Starsand Island has several DLC packs and bonus content items available since its Early Access launch. These include free cosmetic packs given as thanks to the community, paid content packs with furniture and vehicles, and a crossover bundle with the My Time series.
A free DLC given to all Steam players as a thank-you for supporting the Early Access launch. Includes:

Yellow Swimsuit Outfit Set male and female versions. A beach-themed outfit suitable for summer activities at Half-Moon Bay.
Pink Frog Pajama Outfit Set male and female versions. A cozy loungewear set.
This pack was released alongside the Early Access launch as compensation for early technical issues reported by players.
A free seasonal DLC released during the Chinese New Year event. Includes themed furniture pieces, red lantern decorations, and traditional clothing items. The furniture items can be placed in your home and farm using the building system.
Priced at approximately $15, this DLC adds European-inspired content to the game:
Class | Description |
|---|---|
Furniture | Classic European-style tables, chairs, cabinets, beds, and decorative items. Useful for players building Western-themed homes. |
Fashion | European-inspired clothing items including formal wear and casual outfits. |
Vehicles | European-styled vehicles with unique visual designs. |
The game includes crossover characters Gust and Ginger from My Time at Portia and Fang and Nia from My Time at Sandrock. These characters are part of the base game and do not require any DLC purchase.
A Steam bundle that includes My Time at Portia, My Time at Sandrock, and Starsand Island at a combined discount. The bundle price is approximately £75 / $80 before any sales. It is a convenient way for new players to experience all three connected titles.
Deluxe Edition ($59.90): Includes the base game plus exclusive cosmetic items and the digital soundtrack. The Deluxe Edition was also discounted 30% at launch.
Kickstarter backers: Various tiers included exclusive items such as a skateboard skin, in-game pet, character pose, animal ear outfit, and furniture blueprints. The $5,000 tier allowed backers to become romanceable NPCs. See Development History for full tier details.
