The Hair Stylist Career is a confirmed but unreleased career path for inZOI. Zois pursuing this profession will work at salons, perform haircuts and styling on customers, and develop a beauty-focused career arc. The career was originally part of the broader Beauty and Salon Career listed in the December 26, 2025 2026 Roadmap and reaffirmed at the March 28, 2026 anniversary livestream. The current live build is v0.8.5 (May 15, 2026 hotfix), based on the v0.8.0 release of April 29, 2026. v0.8.0 added a Hair Salon business type (chairs that let players change other Zois' hairstyles, available in Dowon, Bliss Bay, and Cahaya), but the Hair Stylist Career itself has not yet shipped as a playable career path and remains deferred.

If the goal is to play salon gameplay today, the Hair Salon business type is the available path: own the lot, run sessions as the owner, and use the salon chair on NPC customers. The dedicated employee career is still pending.

A Career app entry titled Hair Stylist, listed alongside the v0.8.0 careers under Dowon, Bliss Bay, or Cahaya listings.
An active-career-style daily-task structure (greet, consult, style, ring up) appearing in a workplace lot description rather than only in a business-ownership context.
Update history table mentioning Hair Stylist Career as a new active career, not a business type.
