Meatbugs

Meatbugs are small, grub-like creatures that live throughout the Valley of Mines. They are not aggressive. Most players encounter them as environmental wildlife rather than as enemies, and they serve as a renewable source of meat that can be cooked or sold.

Role

Meatbugs are the base of the Colony's food economy. Hunters and camp cooks process them into edible meat, and the Hero can do the same for a low-effort early-game gold and food source.
