Post-Blood Coronation Side Quest
Wrecked Keg Lord is the reward for a side quest chain that opens up after the main story beat Blood Coronation. Once Demeniss has been liberated, a new option becomes visible in the region: the Laughing Marionette circus, home of the Keg Lord.
The chain starts at Easelbury, a town roughly southwest of the liberated Demeniss. An NPC there tells you that help is available and points you to the circus to speak with the Keg Lord. The mission marker leads to the Laughing Marionette, where an ambush triggers and the two-phase boss fight begins.
Boss Fight Phases
The Keg Lord encounter has two distinct phases, each with a specific stun-and-target rhythm:
Phase one: stun the Keg Lord, then climb onto him to reach the weak points on his arms, positioned on the two shoulders. Once stunned, use the stab or vulnerable-point attack to open them up. Damaging both shoulder weak points forces phase two.
Phase two: generate another stun, then use the standing stab attack on the glass on his head. Breaking that glass ends the fight.
Key Item Reward
Defeating the Keg Lord drops the Wrecked Keg Lord key item along with the other rewards the boss grants. When consumed, Wrecked Keg Lord delivers a large stockpile of wood as camp supply to the Greymane Camp, which makes it one of the more impactful logistics drops available in Demeniss after Blood Coronation.
