Overview
The Sapphire Hilted Golden Dagger is a key item in Crimson Desert hidden behind an environmental puzzle in Glenbright Manor during the Traces in the Manor quest in Chapter 3. It is paired with the Ruby Hilted Golden Dagger to open a secret passage in the manor's study leading to the basement.

Puzzle Solution
To reach the Sapphire Hilted Golden Dagger, locate the wardrobe to the left of the marble statue on the upper floor of Glenbright Manor. Open the wardrobe to reveal a handwheel mechanism connected to the ceiling chandelier.
Open the wardrobe to the left of the marble statue.
Interact with the handwheel inside.
Turn the handwheel to the right until the chandelier's light shines directly on the center of the marble statue's held object.
When positioned correctly, the statue's object glows blue.
A recess in the wall to the left opens, revealing the Sapphire Hilted Golden Dagger.
Using the Golden Daggers
After collecting both the Sapphire Hilted Golden Dagger and the Ruby Hilted Golden Dagger, head to the main study with the large fireplace. Two slots for the daggers are located above the mantle. Place both daggers into the slots and the bookcase to the right of the fireplace slides aside, revealing a ladder to the hidden basement. The basement contains red dye, strongboxes, and other valuable items.
Tips
If the handwheel does not seem to work, make sure you are turning it all the way to the right until the light hits the statue.
The glow effect on the statue is the visual confirmation that the puzzle is solved.
Collect the Ruby Hilted Golden Dagger from the wall at the top of the stairs before heading to the fireplace.
Also grab the Grace Manor Basement Key from behind the painting of two knights.
This key item cannot be sold or discarded.
