Overview
Oongka's Delesyian Weapon is a character-specific hidden weapon in Crimson Desert designed to be wielded by Oongka, the orc-heritage member of the Greymanes. The weapon is tucked away in a small restricted area below Delicia and cannot be picked up through normal interaction; it must be stolen while wearing a Mask purchased from a Back-Alley Vendor at Mock Root Windmill in the starting region.
This pickup was added in one of the more recent post-launch updates, so it is one of the lesser-known hidden weapons in the game. Players running Oongka as their active character get one of his most distinctive weapon models out of it; players who have not switched away from Kliff yet should treat this acquisition as a reason to try the Oongka playstyle.
Character Lock
As a character-specific weapon, this Delesyian piece is meant for Oongka. His combat style is built around brute strength, sweeping crowd-clearing attacks, and easy-to-execute heavy combos. Equipping this weapon on him is the intended configuration; using it on either of the other playable characters is not the design target and may not surface the full moveset.
Oongka is summonable as a combat companion through the standard playable-character rotation, so even players who main Kliff or Damiane benefit from grabbing this weapon; it loads automatically onto Oongka when he is the active character.
How to Obtain
Step 1: Buy the Mask from the Back-Alley Vendor
Before traveling south, return to the windmill near Mock Root Ranch in the starting region. The Back-Alley Vendor at Mock Root Windmill stocks a Mask that is required for this pickup. Without the mask equipped, interacting with the weapon triggers a hostile response from the surrounding area.
Step 2: Travel to the Area Below Delicia
Head south to the region just below the Delicia area. The transcript notes that the scenery in this region is among the best in the game, which is a useful landmark; the camera quality alone signals you are in the right zone.
Step 3: Find the Narrow Wall Gap
Look for a small set of stairs going up. Walk through them. To the side of the stairs is a weirdly narrow gap in the wall that is very easy to miss on a first pass. Slip through the gap to reach the chamber where the weapon is staged.
Step 4: Equip the Mask and Steal the Weapon
Equip the Mask before interacting with the weapon. Approach, take the weapon (the prompt registers it as a steal action), and leave the area. The mask masks your identity for the duration of the theft; remove it once you are clear.
Acquisition Tips
Make the back-alley vendor stop part of any sweep through the starting region. The mask is also required for at least one other hidden-weapon pickup, so buying it once unlocks multiple targets.
Walk, do not sprint, through the narrow gap. The wall geometry is tight and sprinting past it is the most common reason new players miss the entry on their first attempt.
Drop into the area solo. Companion NPCs sometimes trigger area aggro even with the mask equipped on the active character.
If the area becomes hostile despite the mask, retreat, unequip, wait for the area to reset, and try again. Save before the pickup so a failed attempt does not cost the trip back to the starting region.
When to Grab It
This is a mid-game acquisition. The travel to the area below Delicia is not trivial on a new save, and the pickup requires having the mask in inventory, which means at least one stop at the back-alley vendor in the starting region. Players who are committed to running Oongka as a primary or rotation character should make this pickup a priority once the Delicia region opens up; players who have no plans to play him can defer it until later.
