How to Acquire
Body Slam can be unlocked by spending 1 Abyss Artifact in the Stamina (Blue) skill tree under the Unarmed Combat category. Alternatively, it can be acquired through the Watch and Learn system by observing an enemy or NPC performing the move during combat. The Bonepit gladiator Muskan is a notable observation target for this skill, as he performs an enhanced version of Body Slam during fights in the arena.
Effect and Mechanics
While airborne, Body Slam causes the character to slam their full weight down onto the enemy below. The move delivers significant impact damage and can stagger or knock down the target on contact. Because it requires the user to already be in the air, Body Slam pairs naturally with jumping attacks or skills that launch the character upward.
The skill is available to all three playable characters once unlocked. It consumes Stamina on activation, so players should keep their Stamina reserves in mind before committing to the move.
Body Slam costs 60 Stamina per use. The move deals impact damage scaled to the height from which the slam is performed, so jumping from elevated terrain before activating it yields higher damage. Note that Body Slam is available to Kliff and Oongka Oongka gets it automatically while Kliff needs 1 Abyss Artifact or observation to learn it.
Combat Strategy
Jump off elevated terrain and use Body Slam for a surprise attack on groups of enemies below.
Combine Body Slam with Double Jump to gain extra height before slamming down.
The stagger effect makes this skill useful for interrupting enemy attacks and creating openings for follow-up combos.
Use Body Slam to close distance when enemies try to create space during combat.
Observe Muskan at the Bonepit to learn an enhanced version that deals more damage than the standard tree variant.

Tips
Watch for opportunities to learn this skill by observing NPCs or enemies using it in combat.
Keep an eye on your Stamina bar when using this skill repeatedly; running out mid-combo leaves you vulnerable.

Beyond the Bonepit arena observation route, Body Slam can also be learned for free during the Hernand faction boss fight against Sir Catfish in the Shadows in the Mist quest. He uses Body Slam against the player as part of his attack pattern, which triggers the Watch and Learn prompt mid-fight. Observing the move during this encounter is a convenient alternative to spending 1 Abyss Artifact on the skill tree, especially since players typically run this quest anyway for the Voyages of Sir Catfish book. Bring enough stamina and healing to survive at least one clean hit from the move so the observation actually registers before the fight ends.
