Senkamati Shaman Healer is a senkamati creature in Windrose.
Senkamati corrupted enemies are tribal spellcasters and warriors aligned with the plague forces deep in the Cursed Swamps.
As a support caster it is fragile in melee but force-multiplies a Senkamati pull, so it is the model the rest of the pack is balanced around. The asset is shared with the enemy community sources call the Plague Thrall, and it carries the Undead trait, which opens it to the Crude-damage bonus that clubs, halberds, and maces deal to the undead.

Tactical Notes
Priority kill. Shaman Healers cast plague hexes and heal or buff adjacent Senkamati warriors, so leaving them alive multiplies the HP of the rest of the pull.
Cast interrupts work. Opening with a ranged shot from a musket or pistol breaks a spellcast in progress and forces a longer recast.
Drops Quagmire Powder plus the shared Senkamati artifact loot (Ancient Incense Burner, Tear of Sorrow, Mysterious Spice), which makes them the preferred farming target for Mire Metal Ingot bottleneck materials.
Artifact Loot
Every kill yields a guaranteed Ancient Incense Burner, one of the nine sellable Senkamati Artifacts that the Smugglers of Port Royal buy for premium coin. A guaranteed Tear of Sorrow and a 50% Mysterious Spice round out the table, both useful in alchemy and cooking. Combined with the near-guaranteed Quagmire Powder, a single Shaman Healer is one of the densest loot drops in the Cursed Swamps.
Why Farm It
The draw is Quagmire Powder, the Cursed Swamps drop that feeds the Mire Metal Ingot recipe (2 Ancient Scraps plus 1 Quagmire Powder per ingot). Mire Metal gates the highest tier of station upgrades at Early Access launch, so any plague enemy that reliably drops Quagmire Powder is worth clearing. The Shaman Healer adds the guaranteed artifact and the bonus alchemy reagents on top of that, which makes it a more rewarding kill than a plain Senkamati warrior at the same risk.
Notes
The confirmed asset for this creature is shared with what community sources call the Plague Thrall; HP, Defence, and weakness multipliers are not exported in the current data tool. Exact combat stats await in-game verification.
