The ritual promised in the Third Mural did not save the speaker, and the line 'this sanctuary will be my grave' marks the end of the cult's devotion to Itzeltek, the Lord of Death.
It rounds out the tablet set begun in First Mural and Second Mural. The obsidian blade referenced earlier in the sequence ties the altar to the Ritual Dagger players recover from the same ruins.
