Mysterious Spice is the signature ingredient in Windrose's epic-tier +20 stat dishes. It is looted from chests, overwhelmingly in the Cursed Swamps biome, so it gates most of the meta food roster behind second-boss progression.
Loot chests throughout the Cursed Swamps. Drops are randomized per chest.
Cache runs through multiple Cursed Swamps POIs (Ancient Ruins, Excavation Sites, Pirate Camps) are the fastest way to stockpile.

Mysterious Spice is the largest bottleneck in the epic-food crafting loop. Plan Swamps runs with an empty inventory to maximize pickups.
Pair with Rosalinda Mercer assigned to the Alchemy Table for elixirs, or Black Axel for extra cooked food; the 30% bonus on Axel stretches Spice supplies further.
Alongside the four Epic-tier dishes (Gazpacho, Meaty Croc Kebab, Swamp Pie, Taco), Mysterious Spice is also an ingredient in:
