Overview
Lighting is wall and floor light sources (candlesticks, lamps, torches). Lighting is the full set of wall-mounted and floor-standing light sources in Windrose. It covers candlesticks, lamps, and torches across wall, table, and floor formats. Ceiling-mounted fixtures live under the Chandeliers sub-category.

Wall Candlestick, Wall Lamp, and Wall Torch pieces attach to walls. Standing Lamp and Floor-Standing Candlestick/Floor-Standing Torch pieces sit on a Floor piece. Table Candlestick and Table Lamp pieces snap to a Table or Shelf surface.
Lighting is purely visual. There is no in-game darkness mechanic that requires a lit lamp for vision or combat. The glow from a lamp only affects local ambience.
Most lamps and candlesticks share the same base recipe (Foothills Iron Ingot plus Animal Fat), which makes them cheap to craft in bulk. Wall Torch and Floor-Standing Torch are the cheapest options at 2 Wood.
Tips
Combine a Wall Torch on either side of a doorway with a central Chandelier for balanced interior lighting.
Use a Table Lamp or Table Candlestick next to a Decorative Book cluster on a desk for a reading corner.
Floor-Standing Torch pieces work outdoors too and are useful along pier edges at night.
Comfort +1 bonuses in a given decoration sub-category do not stack. Placing a second piece of the same sub-category does not add more comfort, it only changes the aesthetic.
