Overview
The Eibon Antique Shop is the player's home base in Neverness to Everness. It sits in the Bridge District of Hethereau, the game's main city. On the surface, it is a functioning antique shop that deals in rare and valuable items. Behind the scenes, it takes on Anomaly commissions from the public to stay afloat financially.
The shop is where the player character Zero lives and works alongside a rotating cast of allies. It serves as mission hub, upgrade station, story anchor, and gathering place. Conversations between shop members drive much of the character development. The official marketing describes working at Eibon as having "a good boss with a huge paycheck and friendly colleagues with bright personalities."
Purpose
Eibon operates as the first unlicensed Anomaly hunting operation in Hethereau. Licensed hunters work through official channels with proper credentials. Eibon does not have that luxury. The team takes commissions directly from people who need help with Anomaly-related problems, operating in a gray area that creates friction with Hethereau's authorities and licensed Anomaly Hunters.
The shop also genuinely deals in antiques. The team hunts down rare and valuable items across the city. This dual purpose gives the shop its cover and creates a natural source of side quests. Members enjoy exclusive discounts at the shop.
Location
The Bridge District is an older, atmospheric part of Hethereau. The shop itself is a multi-story building with living quarters upstairs and the antique shop on the ground floor. NPC visitors come and go, dropping off commissions or browsing the antiques.
Business management
Beyond combat and commissions, Eibon functions as an interactive business. Characters' Life Skills tie directly into shop operations. Hotori's life skills ("Money, What It Is" and "Treasure Hunt") provide pricing mechanics and auction advantages for buying and selling antiques. Adler's "Coffee Master" life skill provides automatic coffee preparation and pricing increases for the shop.
This business management layer is part of the game's daily life simulation features. Players can manage shop operations alongside the action-RPG gameplay.
Characters
The following characters are associated with the Eibon Antique Shop. Each has their own personality, backstory, combat role, and function within the group.
Zero (Player Character)
The player character. Zero is Hethereau's first unlicensed Anomaly Hunter an Appraiser who uses supernatural Esper abilities to investigate and resolve paranormal phenomena called Anomalies. How Zero ended up at the shop and their connection to the larger story are central questions of the narrative.
Hotori
Hotori is the proprietress and shopkeeper of Eibon. Her official title is "Shopkeeper of Eibon." She is an S-rank character with the Cosmos attribute. Her weapon is an Umbrella Katana an umbrella that conceals a katana blade.
Hotori is elegant, calm, observant, and often the voice of reason during group disagreements. She has a sharp eye for antiques and is obsessed with pricing and haggling. Her Cosmos attribute ties her to the celestial end of the Esper Cycle spectrum.
Nanally Coluccis
Nanally is the head of the Coluccis family, the most renowned family in the Bridge District. She is described as a rising star Esper who has participated in major Anomaly operations. Nanally is steadfast, dignified, generous, wise, and calm.
Her presence at Eibon connects the shop to Hethereau's social and political networks. She carries herself with an authority the other shop members lack. Her signature move is nicknamed the "Coluccis Ultimate Death Shadow Nether Punch" by friends and colleagues.
Sakiri
Sakiri is a horned Esper who wields an Anomaly Hammer called Kiroumaru. She is competitive, direct, and has strong opinions about how the shop should be run. She is the official rule maker for the fridge sticky notes at Eibon. Three rules are posted that she insists everyone follow, a running gag among the other members.
Sakiri deals massive damage with her hammer. She is rule-oriented and takes her responsibilities at the shop seriously, even the mundane ones.
Adler
Adler is the shop's butler and an A-rank playable character with the Incantation attribute. His official title is "Golden Edge Butler." He fights with a cane sword and summons entities called Sunyas. He handles many of the shop's day-to-day operations and is also a capable fighter. He is calm, meticulous, and protective. He makes handmade desserts and coffee for the team.
See the full Adler character page for his complete combat breakdown, abilities, and team building guide.
Taygedo
Taygedo has a television set for a head. They are an Oddity, one of Hethereau's non-human entities, gentle, lovable, and completely harmless. Taygedo is the shop's restorer, responsible for repairing and appraising items. They have won "Eibon's Best Restorer" three times.
Despite the unusual appearance, Taygedo is one of the more level-headed members of the group. They can only say "taygedo~~taygedo," but somehow this does not prevent effective communication with the rest of the team.
Edgar
Edgar is a blue-haired young man who helps with shop operations. He assists with organizing commissions, managing inventory, and keeping the place running. He helps the other characters in every possible way. He tends to stay in the background compared to the more forceful personalities.
Daffodil
Daffodil is a member of the Eibon shop. Details about their role and abilities are limited in pre-release materials.
Shop features
Commission board Anomaly hunting jobs posted by Hethereau residents. Completing them earns currency and reputation. These commissions form the core gameplay loop.
Antique appraisal Taygedo evaluates items found during exploration. Some items have hidden value that only appraisal can reveal.
Character interactions Between missions, shop members talk, argue, joke about Sakiri's fridge rules, guess the names of Adler's Sunyas (winners get his handmade desserts), and develop relationships. These conversations change as the story progresses.
Shop upgrades The shop can be improved over time, unlocking new features, services, and business capabilities.
Business management Buy, sell, and price antiques using character Life Skills. Hotori's skills affect pricing and auction mechanics.
Story role
Eibon is not just a menu screen with a building around it. The shop's status as unlicensed creates friction with Hethereau's authorities and licensed Anomaly Hunters. This tension drives parts of the main story. The characters' personal arcs intersect with the shop's survival, making Eibon a narrative hub as much as a gameplay one.
The "Stories from Eibon" official short film series provides additional character development set in and around the shop, showing daily life interactions between the team members.
