Overview
The housing system in Neverness to Everness allows players to purchase and fully customize their own home within the city of Hethereau. Housing is a significant lifestyle feature that complements the game's action-RPG gameplay, offering a creative outlet between anomaly investigations and combat missions. Properties double as functional spaces with quick-teleport capabilities and special furniture systems.
Property Types
Players can choose from a range of property types that vary in size, location, and cost:
Property Type | Description |
|---|---|
Apartments | Smaller, more affordable living spaces. A good starting option for players who want a functional home without a large investment. |
Houses | Mid-range properties with more room for furniture and decoration. |
Luxury Mansions | The largest and most expensive properties, offering extensive space for creative decoration and amenities. |
Peak / Fenglin Villa | Premium villa properties introduced during the Containment Test. Feature a quick-teleport system for instant travel to your home and support for the Anomaly Furniture system. |
Decoration
All properties can be fully decorated with furniture items. Players collect furniture through exploration, collectibles, shop purchases, and quest rewards. The decoration system allows free placement and rotation of items throughout the property.
Anomaly Furniture
The Anomaly Furniture system, introduced with the Peak and Fenglin Villa properties, adds special supernatural furniture items that provide gameplay benefits. These unique pieces interact with the game's anomaly theme and can grant passive bonuses or serve as functional stations within the player's home.
Quick-Teleport
Premium properties like Peak and Fenglin Villa feature a quick-teleport system. Players can instantly teleport to their home from anywhere in Hethereau, making these properties practical fast-travel points in addition to decorative spaces.
Purchasing Property
Properties are purchased with in-game currency earned through business management, City Commissions, part-time jobs, and other income sources. More expensive properties require significant investment, encouraging players to engage with multiple economic systems.
Tips
Start with an apartment to get a functional home early, then upgrade to a larger property as your income grows.
Furniture items collected during exploration can be stored and placed later when you have more space.
The quick-teleport feature on premium properties saves significant travel time.
