Siagarta is the world of Farever, a fully handcrafted open world with nothing procedurally generated. Every region, encounter, secret, and activity was placed by hand, and the design rewards curiosity at both ends of the scale: large set-piece encounters as well as small hidden secrets tucked into the landscape. From forgotten temples to underwater caves, the realm is built to be poked at, climbed over, and dug under.
New players should start with Getting Started, then branch into the two regions available in Early Access: Skover Island and Valley of Eternal Autumn.
Setting and Lore Premise

Long before you arrive, humanity was exiled for five centuries in the remote region of Antelimbo. Now humans are finally free, and they are rediscovering the ancient world of Siagarta, which has been largely destroyed and abandoned in their absence. Your own story begins twenty-five years after the liberation of humans, so the world you step into is already in the middle of being reclaimed and rebuilt.
There is one detail worth setting straight up front: you are no foretold hero. There is no prophecy with your name on it. You are just one among many adventurers, nicknamed Farseekers, making their way through a recovering land. That framing shapes a lot of the world's tone. The factions you meet are pursuing their own goals, the ruins you explore predate you by centuries, and the help you give NPCs is the help of a capable newcomer rather than a chosen savior.
Regions and Sub-Regions
Siagarta is organized into large regions, and each region is split into smaller sub-regions. A sub-region is the practical unit of exploration: each one has its own environment, its own enemy families, and its own set of activities tied closely to that environment. There is a completion goal attached to clearing all of a sub-region's activities, so the world is meant to be worked through area by area rather than skimmed.
The Early Access build ships with two vast regions and hundreds of activities spread across them. The first region is Skover Island, the green and temperate starting area. The second is the Valley of Eternal Autumn. The table below lists the sub-regions confirmed so far.
Sub-Region | Parent Region | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Meridion | Skover Island | The demo area; home of the Lost City of Mayda dungeon |
Primevalley | Skover Island | The region right after the demo content |
Enripit | Skover Island | A crossroads area; Crimson Rams on the surface, Kobolds underground |
Honeywood | Skover Island | A forest sub-region; territory of the Apix Clan, home of the Hivetree |
Nescent | Valley of Eternal Autumn | A sub-region home to Crimson Beekeepers |
Eksod | Valley of Eternal Autumn | Populated by fire golems and fire sparks |
Bel-Etir | Skover Island | Coastal starting area of Skover Island, dotted with altars and ancient ruins |
Slime Empire | Skover Island | An island sub-region of Skover overrun by slimes |
Azuram | Valley of Eternal Autumn | Highland farmland with hanging gardens and open fields |
Krisomal | Valley of Eternal Autumn | Coastal ruins and forgotten ports along the autumn shore |
Crimson Citadel | Valley of Eternal Autumn | Fortress seat of the Crimson Rams, home to the Temple of Amon Ram |

Verticality and Layers
Verticality is a core design pillar of Siagarta, not an afterthought. The world is built to be explored on every layer, above and below. You can climb sheer cliffs, glide above ravines, descend into hidden caverns, and dive into deep lakes, and many of the world's secrets only reveal themselves once you stop treating the ground as the only place to stand. The full movement toolkit and how it shapes exploration is covered on the Exploration and Traversal page.
Separate from physical verticality, Siagarta uses a layer mechanic on the technical side to keep any single area from becoming overcrowded with players. You can still join friends who are on the same server, and day and night stay in sync between players on the same layer. The multiplayer side of this is detailed on the Multiplayer and Co-Op page.
Other Regions
Beyond the two Early Access regions, the developers have revealed Ramburg, a city region added in the first Major Update, The Nightling Update. It became playable in a Public Test Branch preview on June 23, 2026 ahead of its live-server release. In Ramburg, players battle through the Lower City, investigate a towering Cathedral, and uncover the secrets surrounding the feared High Inquisitor Chakram, while monks, soldiers, zealots, and inquisitors hold the city. The update also brings the Rifts, a recurring world event in which portals to the demonic world of Niflel open across Siagarta. Because Ramburg currently lives on a test branch and is still being balanced, treat it as preview content rather than part of the live build. More regions and biomes are part of the planned future for the game; see Early Access and Roadmap for what has and has not been confirmed.
