Skover Island is the green, temperate starting region of Siagarta and the first of the two regions available in Early Access. It is sometimes referred to simply as Skover, and the wider area around it has been called the Skover Archipelago. This is where most players begin their journey, and it is the region that anchored both the demo and the closed beta.
Skover is built around vast green expanses broken up by caves, ruins, and water, and it introduces nearly all of the game's early systems. If you are just starting out, work through Getting Started alongside this page.
Sub-Regions

Skover Island is divided into several sub-regions, each with its own environment, enemy families, and activities. The progression through them roughly follows the order below, beginning with the demo area of Meridion and ending with Honeywood.
Sub-Region | Environment | What You Will Find |
|---|---|---|
Meridion | Temperate | The demo area, and the location of the Lost City of Mayda dungeon |
Primevalley | Temperate | The region right after the demo content; the next step in the journey |
Enripit | Crossroads | An intersection of several Skover areas; Crimson Rams hold the surface while Kobolds work underground |
Honeywood | Forest | The last part of Skover Island; forest and the towering Hivetree, held by the Apix Clan |
Nescent | Temperate | A sub-region home to Crimson Beekeepers |
Factions and Enemies
Skover is home to several of the game's earliest factions, most of which double as enemy families. The Crimson Rams, a zealous army, occupy the surface of Enripit, while the industrious Kobolds work the tunnels beneath it. Around the Lost City of Mayda you will run into the fish-men Nepsids. Honeywood belongs to the bee-folk of the Apix Clan. For full unit breakdowns and the bosses tied to each group, see Enemies and Factions.
Landmarks
Lost City of Mayda
The Lost City of Mayda, also spelled Maida, is a fallen city that the Nepsids have made their home, leaving their mark across the surrounding lands. It is also the site of a major dungeon that served as the climactic content of the demo. The full instance is covered on the Lost City of Mayda page.
The Hivetree
Honeywood is dominated by the Hivetree, a majestic tree that rose after the forest was fueled by sparks leaking out of Enripit. The same incident is tied to the rise of Mokshi at its top. You can enter the tree at its base and climb up through the interior, an instance detailed on the Trunk of the Hivetree page.
Activities and Collectibles
Skover Island has a full set of exploration activities, and several in-game achievements track them across the region. Confirmed activity types on the island include treasure hunting, sparkling hunting, collecting, and archeology. Each sub-region also has its own bundle of activities to complete, with a completion goal attached to clearing them all. See Exploration and Traversal for how these activities work in practice and what tools you will need to reach them.
