The Sanctum of Veneration sits between the U and the S in the Mount Venus label on the map, in the Balazea region north of Demeniss. It is tied to the Witch of Lycelia questline, so make sure that chain is unlocked before heading out.
Successfully cleansing the sanctum rewards the Kuku Gardening Pack blueprint along with a Core used in the gardening pack craft itself. If you are already hunting down the other gardening pack materials, clearing this sanctum the same trip saves a large amount of backtracking.
The cleansing puzzle uses a Blinding Flash focus-mode mechanic. A series of square faces passes through a north-facing dial. Hit single squares with a quick tap of the flash, and hold the flash on grouped squares until the full group is marked. Track the pattern north through the dial until every square has been resolved. Solving the pattern completes the cleanse and grants the rewards.
