Overview
Spitters are a type of ranged weapon in Crimson Desert. Electromagnetic weapons that project elemental streams such as fire, frost, or lightning. Spitters use electromagnetic currents to propel their payload and are mounted on backpack-style rigs with a nozzle for aiming. Combat Overview
Spitters deal continuous damage over time, making them effective against enemies with large health pools and high armor.
Elemental damage from spitters can inflict status effects: flamespitters cause burns, frostspitters freeze, and boltspitters electrocute. Use the right element for the situation.
Spitters have limited range compared to bows and muskets but compensate with area-of-effect damage. Use them at medium range against groups.
Frozen enemies take increased damage from follow-up attacks, while burning enemies take damage over time. Plan your combos around these status effects.
