Overview
Patch 1.11.00 is a Crimson Desert update released on June 12, 2026. It rolled out across all platforms, with the Steam (PC) and Steam (Mac) versions listed as available at launch. The headline change is a set of new challenges that raise the pet registration cap, letting players keep many more tamed animals. The patch also lets the Iron Eagle and Phoenix equip the Sigil of Valor, adds a way to recover lost rare equipment from shops, lowers the difficulty of the Pinball minigame, and fixes a long list of mount, combat, control, and interface issues.
New Additions
New challenges let you register more pets. The registration cap rises to 100 pets, though you can still only summon up to 50 pets at camp at once even when more than 50 are registered. Reward items were added for the existing pet-registration challenge, and players who already completed that challenge receive the items retroactively.
A dedicated map icon was added for baby wyverns.
The Mining Drill and Chainsaw can now be equipped.
The Iron Eagle and Phoenix can now equip the Sigil of Valor. This resolves the known issue carried from Patch 1.10.00 and Patch 1.10.01, where those two pets could not yet equip the accessory.
Pet Registration Challenges
The new pet-slot challenges sit under the Continued Journey challenge group. Open the Journal, go to Challenges, then Continued Journey, and select the Pets tab to find them. Completing these challenges grants additional pet registration slots, building toward the new cap of 100 registered pets. The summon limit at camp stays at 50 regardless of how many are registered.
Lost Equipment Recovery
Shopkeepers now collect and resell lost rare equipment. Rare gear obtained from treasure chests, quests, and other methods can be bought back from shops if it is lost, sold at a higher price than its original value. Lost equipment becomes available in shops within 7 days of being lost.
Pinball Improvements
The Pinball minigame was improved and its difficulty was lowered. The ball now moves with a slightly heavier feel, the chance of the ball passing through walls was reduced, pin positions were adjusted and some fixed pins were removed, and the force and launch angle when the ball is fired from the portal were tuned. The patch also reduced the case where the ball often got stuck in the upper-left area and fixed the ball falling when bounced off the launcher.
Mount and Pet Fixes
Pets now keep their names when they grow.
Wyverns are no longer summoned in an unmountable state.
Kuku bird eggs and Wyvern eggs are no longer stackable.
Mounts are no longer summoned in dangerous zones.
Players can use Axiom Force to mount Wyverns without first learning Back Hang.
Dismounting from a Wyvern in midair no longer causes the player to automatically remount.
Blackstar and Wyverns no longer walk into water in certain situations, and attacking with a Wyvern on land no longer drains an excessive amount of stamina.
Combat and Control Changes
Buttons for opening Inventory, Map, Skills, Journal, and Photo Mode can now be assigned.
Fixed an issue where the amount of Spirit recovered did not increase after leveling Focus.
Explosive Evasive Shot and Multishot now trigger additional effects when used with special arrows equipped.
Golem monster attack patterns were adjusted, and foul detection in the duel minigame was improved.
Fixed an issue where the Sigil of Solidarity could not be used in certain situations.
Other Changes
A Flower Basket was added to the Hernand Provisioner’s Shop, and Ranged Weapons of the World - Bows, Vol. I was added to the Hernand Equipment Shop.
Feeding no longer consumes two food items on Hard difficulty.
The Knowledge entry for Irkyn can now be obtained after completing the quest to repair the kiln at the Kilnden Workshop.
Fixed animal names appearing as ??? at the Rancher’s Shop and the experience interface not appearing after feeding a pet.
Fixed Scatter Shot not consuming cannonballs while clinging to a wall, the bonus-yield effect not working when using the drill while clinging to a wall, and Depth of Field not being disableable in Photo Mode.
Localization errors were corrected and localization quality improved across all languages.
