Large Bone is a crafting material in Crimson Desert used for refinement at the blacksmith. It upgrades leather armor and jewelry. Rhinos always spawn next to the fast travel point along the main road in northern Crimson Desert. They consistently drop Large Bone on every kill. Fast-travel to this point, hunt the rhinos, then teleport away and return to reset the spawns. This is the most efficient single-target farming loop for Large Bone.
Elephants roam the far north of the map, positioned slightly west of the main road heading toward Varnia. They have large health pools, so bring strong weapons and keep your stamina in check. Every elephant kill drops Large Bone, making them a guaranteed source if you can handle the fight.
The cold, mountainous terrain of the Pailune region in the northwest is home to moose. While they don't have a guaranteed drop, moose appear in reasonable numbers across the snow-covered slopes, and a sweep through the mountain trails picks up Large Bone alongside other cold-region materials.
Large Bone is consumed at the blacksmith during refinement to upgrade leather armor and jewelry. Higher-tier upgrades tend to require Large Bone instead of (or in addition to) Small Bone, so building a stockpile early saves time later.
