Eastern Court was liberated after defeating the Full Moon Reaper. The pressure that had weighed down the East has eased.
Check the faction quest board regularly, as available quests rotate over time.

Eastern Court is the liberation fight for the Lunar Judgment chain east of the city of Demeniss. The boss is the Full Moon Reaper, one of three Lunar Reapers aligned with the full moon. The Eastern Court is one of the three liberation targets that together reopen the Demenissian suburbs after they fall under the Grand General's order.
Stack HP recovery cooking items. The fight is an endurance trade, not a burst check. Sustain beats peak DPS every time.
Visit an anvil and grindstone first. The short-duration refinement buffs matter for the opening minute where the Reaper is most aggressive.
Use the slow turn rate against him. The Full Moon Reaper has noticeably slower movement and turn rate than the other two Lunar Reapers, which leaves him exposed to back-stab attacks. Circling around his guard and striking from behind is the single highest-return tactic in this fight.
Block the moon-blade slash, dodge the lightning strike. The Reaper's basic moon-blade slash can be blocked or parried safely. The ranged lightning strike cannot be blocked; dodge laterally to avoid it.
Fast travel to the nearest Abyss Nexus on the road east of Demeniss city, then approach the court on foot or by mount.
Clear the court defenders up to the boss arena. Approaching from the back wall is quieter and avoids the patrol groups stacked at the front gate.
Engage the Full Moon Reaper. Block or parry the moon-blade slash, dodge the lightning strike, and work around to his back for back-stabs whenever he commits to a long animation.
After the Reaper falls, finish the liberation tick on the court and speak with the resident contact to close the Eastern Court faction quest.
Defeating the Full Moon Reaper and liberating the Eastern Court leaves Circling Moon inside the court for pickup. Returning to the court after the liberation cutscene is required; the weapon does not drop directly into the inventory.
Full Moon Slash is pre-installed. Circling Moon is the source weapon for the Full Moon Slash abyss gear, which fires an electrical slash on light attack. The gear slots into any melee weapon afterward, and it sees the most use when paired with the Crescent Moon Slash (ice) and Half Moon Slash (fire) gears from the other two Lunar Reapers. All three on the same weapon fire every element at once on the same attack button.
