Complete list of every constellation observation point in Crimson Desert, with region and location notes. Registering all 13 with the Constellation Helm is the prerequisite for the Maps of the Night Unveiled and Where Starlight Converges quest chain that rewards the Sword of Starlight.
Most of the 13 constellations are reachable through normal exploration once the helm is equipped. Some are gated behind specific faction questlines and will not appear at their points until the corresponding quest is far enough along; the Sealed Stone constellation in Kharonso is the explicitly documented example, requiring the Troll Studying Steles quest to be active. Other gating cases have not been individually documented in publicly available community guides.
Unmarked ruin in Horseshoe Lake, north of Bravgork Shipyard.
Tips
Quest-gated constellations. Three of the 13 require specific faction quests to advance before the alignment will register. If a constellation refuses to render at a known point, check whether its associated quest is still active.
Group regions for efficient runs. Delesyia hosts four constellations and Pailune hosts three; planning trips by region rather than by number cuts a lot of cross-Pywel travel.
Camels and Giants live in the Crimson Desert region. Both points are near major Spires and pair well on a single desert trip.
Sealed Stone in Kharonso requires the Troll Studying Steles quest to be active. The constellation only renders during the quest's observation step.
Reward Track
Once all 13 are registered, the Institute questline opens Maps of the Night Unveiled, which directs the player to the Temple Pagoda south of Demeniss. The follow-up quest Where Starlight Converges must be completed as Damiane and rewards the Sword of Starlight with the Celestial TransferenceAbyss Gear pre-applied.
