Additional Targets
Beyond Copper Ore and common Stone, the Stone Pickaxe is also the first tool that can harvest:
Clay: from muddy ground near coastal grass-to-shoreline transitions. Required for Rosalinda Mercer's bottle-making loop.
Fertile Soil: at Foothills Ancient Farm POIs. Required to build Seedbeds, which unlock the farming pipeline.
Tool Durability
Pickaxes have durability and degrade per swing. The KeenGamer guide reports roughly 20 nodes per Stone Pickaxe before it breaks. This is a single-source figure and may vary by node type, so do not plan your Copper-farming run around an exact count. The Copper Pickaxe is consistently described as significantly more durable and faster than the Stone Pickaxe.
