Seafood Platter is an Epic-tier cooked dish in Windrose. A rich seafood spread that pushes the player's maximum health ceiling well above baseline. Vitality is the survivability stat, and the +20 buff is the tank-DPS hybrid build's favorite meal.

Lime: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Fish Fillet: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Crab Meat: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Salt: see the dedicated article for sourcing notes.
Windrose allows exactly two active food buffs at once. Eating a third cooked dish overwrites the oldest active buff. Raw food still fills the hunger meter but grants no stat buff. See Food and Potions for the full ruleset.
Pair this dish with armor sets and weapon choices that scale with Vitality. For cross-stat stacking, see Attributes and Stats and the Cooking Recipes overview table.
Fish Fillet: fishing at coastal waters; the primary dedicated fishing-loop yield.
Crab Meat: harvested from beach crabs in the Coastal Jungle. Watch out for giant crab variants in the later Coastal Jungle routes.
Lime: Foothills lime trees, often near giant unchoppable trees.
Salt: sea caches and the Tortuga vendor; the common-denominator ingredient across many Epic dishes.
Seafood Platter is the Epic Vitality dish and one of the most-cooked Epics in boss-prep loadouts, where it is widely regarded as the go-to survival food. Community tier lists estimate the +20 Vitality adds roughly 260 maximum HP at level, which is the figure quoted most often, though the exact number scales with your build. Pair with Gazpacho for Vitality and Agility when running a Saber tank-hybrid, or with Coffee for Vitality and Endurance on halberd builds.
Cooking Fire plus Cutting Table plus Cookware Shelf. Fishing infrastructure is a parallel requirement; see Fishing for the Fish Fillet pipeline. Because the recipe leans on seven Fish Fillet, a working fishing setup is the real gate on how many platters you can cook per session.

Note: an earlier data dump listed a separate construction cost (two Foothills Iron Ingot, two Fish Fillet, one Crab Meat) for this entry. That cost belongs to the furniture plan that teaches the dish, not to cooking the dish itself; confirm in the in-game crafting UI.
