To craft an item, you must first learn its plan.
Once crafted, 12-Pounders: Devastating fires raked broadsides: hitting a target with more than 50% of a volley applies the Raked debuff for 25 seconds, increasing all damage dealt to the affected target by 10%. The debuff stacks up to three times, so sustained fire on a single hull ramps up to a 30% damage increase. This rewards long, drawn-out duels where you keep guns on the same enemy rather than spreading fire.
