Riolu is found in Red Tall Grass and Box To The Rhythm habitats. It evolves into Lucario (Fighting/Steel), which has the Build specialty. Lucario is one of the most popular Pokemon in the franchise, and in Pokopia it excels at construction tasks.
Gen 4 adds three fossil Pokemon to Pokopia, each requiring a specific Fossil Display habitat:

Bastiodon | Rock/Steel | Shield Fossil Display | Litter, Crush |
Both Shellos and Gastrodon appear in two regional forms (West Sea and East Sea) in Pokopia. Both forms share the same habitats and specialties but have different visual appearances. They share the Road Sign and Ocean Fishing Spot habitats respectively.
