Calendar and Birthday System

The calendar and birthday system is a new feature planned for inZOI's Q1 2026 update as part of the 2026 Roadmap. This system adds a structured in-game calendar with birthday celebrations, letting Zois track upcoming events and plan social activities around special dates.
In-game calendar tracking days, weeks, and seasons
Birthday assignments for all Zois, both player-created and premade
Event scheduling and reminders
Integration with the existing seasonal events system
Each Zoi will have an assigned birthday. When a birthday arrives, players can organize celebrations:
Throw birthday parties as social events
Invite friends and family members
Birthday cakes and special cooking options
Gift-giving to the birthday Zoi
Positive emotion boosts for the birthday Zoi and attendees
The calendar system connects with several existing and planned features:
Time and Seasons: the calendar tracks seasonal progression
Seasonal Events: holidays and festivals integrate with the calendar
Holiday Festival: special event planning
Memory System: birthday memories as life milestones (also planned for Q1 2026)
As of March 2026, the calendar and birthday system is listed on the Q1 2026 roadmap. Director Hyungjun Kim confirmed that items #1 through #7 on the roadmap are in active development.
