Added a faction roster summary, a wildlife and lesser-creatures table, and a companions cross-reference
The powers of Siagarta do double duty: most of the major factions are also enemy families, with their own units, territories, and bosses. Below is a breakdown of the groups confirmed in the Early Access build. For the boss fights tied to these factions, see Bosses.
The Crimson Rams are a zealous army that occupies the surface of the Enripit sub-region on Skover Island. They field several unit types.
Unit | Notes |
|---|---|
Crimson Ram Monks | A core unit of the faction's army |
Crimson Beekeepers | Found in numbers around the Nescent sub-region |
Crimson Hounds | Beast units fighting alongside the army |
The Nepsids are a fish-men people who have made their home around the Lost City of Mayda, leaving their mark across the surrounding lands. You will fight your way through them in and around that fallen city.
Unit | Notes |
|---|---|
Nepsid fighters | Frontline melee combatants of the faction |
Wavemongers | Caster-style units that round out Nepsid groups |
The Kobolds are an industrious faction that works the tunnels beneath Enripit, underneath the Crimson Rams who hold the surface. Their leader is the boss Ratsar, who comes armed with firebombs and a greatsword and should be approached with care.
The Apix Clan are the bee-folk of Honeywood, on Skover Island. Their territory centers on the Hivetree. The clan rose into fierce resistance against the returning humans after Lady Bee overthrew her aging mother, the former queen of the Apix Clan.
Unit | Notes |
|---|---|
Apix workers | The clan's laborers, found throughout the Hivetree |
Honey slime | A slime enemy native to Apix territory |
The clan's notable bosses include Lady Bee, the leader, and Gatsbee, the supervisor who controls the Hivetree stronghold.
The Heralds are a mysterious faction counted among the powers of Siagarta. Little has been revealed about them so far, and their units and territory have not yet been detailed. Expect more to surface as the game develops.
Golems are elemental constructs found across the world, including in the Valley of Eternal Autumn and within certain dungeons. They come in elemental variants and drop motes when defeated.
Type | Notes |
|---|---|
Fire Golem | Elemental golem; drops motes. Found in the Eksod sub-region |
Wind Golem | Elemental golem; drops motes |
Sparklings | Smaller fire spark enemies that also drop motes |
Beyond these organized factions, the world is filled with a wide array of enemies, from roaming foes and guarded camps to elite monsters that can take on a full party at once. The strongest of them are documented on the Bosses page.
The four major factions and the Golems make up the organized enemy groups of the Early Access build. Each fields a range of unit types, including empowered "Invoked" variants, across the levels shown.
Faction | Unit Types | Level Range | Strongholds |
|---|---|---|---|
Apix Clan (Bee) | 47 | Levels 3 to 20 | The Hivetree in Honeywoods, and Nescent in the Valley of Eternal Autumn |
Nepsids (Manfish) | 39 | Levels 4 to 23 | The Lost City of Mayda and coastal waters |
Kobolds | 29 | Levels 6 to 20 | Tunnels beneath Skover Island and the Valley |
Crimson Rams | 29 | Levels 8 to 20 | Enripit surface and the Crimson Citadel |
Golems | 19 | Levels 6 to 30 | Valley dungeons such as the Ruins of Gorgon's Hollow |
Beyond the organized factions, Siagarta is full of wildlife and minor enemies. These families roam the overworld and fill out dungeons, and several tie into gathering, mounts, and drops.
