Summonable Mounts
Roadmap topic announced in the April-June 2026 developer update. Patch 1.01.00 added five permanent legendary mounts (White Bear, Snowwhite Deer, Silver Fang, Rock Tusk Warthog, Icicle Edge Alpine Ibex). Patch 1.04.00 made the Cloudcart a permanent summonable mount; further additions remain pending.
The Summonable Mounts entry in the Developer Roadmap: April to June 2026 covers Pearl Abyss's plan to add new permanently summonable mounts to Crimson Desert alongside dedicated armor for non-horse mounts. The roadmap is being delivered gradually across the April-June 2026 window. Patch 1.01.00 added five permanent legendary mounts, Patch 1.04.00 delivered the next major addition by converting the Cloudcart into a permanent summonable mount.
Roadmap Scope
New permanently summonable mounts. The roadmap explicitly distinguishes these from the launch-era horses and lists them as a separate addition track.
Dedicated armor for non-horse mounts. Mount armor is being extended beyond horses so a wider range of rideable creatures can be customized for both protection and appearance.
Names and specifics may change before features ship. Pearl Abyss noted this caveat in the roadmap announcement.
Patch 1.01.00 Legendary Mounts
Patch 1.01.00 introduced five permanent legendary mounts:

Patch 1.04.00 Delivery
Patch 1.04.00 turned the Cloudcart into a permanent summonable mount. Before the patch the Cloud Cart could not be re-summoned after dismissal in some cases; the patch fixed that bug and reflagged the crafting mission as one-time only. Existing players who had already crafted the Cloudcart kept their copy and inherited the permanent-mount behavior automatically. Patch 1.04.01 followed up by restoring the Cloudcart to the mount quick-slot menu and defaulting the slot to the most recently unlocked mount.
Pending Roadmap Items
Additional summonable mounts beyond the Cloudcart have not been individually named in the roadmap.
Dedicated mount armor for non-horse mounts is still in development; Mount Armor is the dedicated roadmap topic for that thread.
Boss rematches and re-blockading are listed alongside summonable mounts in the same roadmap and remain pending after 1.04.
Currently Summonable Mounts
Players today can summon the following mount classes, including those delivered by the broader roadmap track and earlier patches:
Standard horses, including saved registered mounts.
Five Patch 1.01.00 legendary mounts: White Bear, Snowwhite Deer, Silver Fang, Rock Tusk Warthog, Icicle Edge Alpine Ibex.
Blackstar dragon mount.
Cloudcart, made permanently summonable in 1.04.
Marni's Mechahorse, a special non-horse mount obtained through theft outside Delesyia. Some of its 1.04 mount fixes restored sprinting and swimming actions while mounted. Not summonable from the standard mount menu.
