Smiting Bolt Sure Hit is the capstone of the Smiting Bolt tree for Damiane. Before this upgrade, the spear's slow descent could be sidestepped by agile bosses, wasting the 40 Stamina cost. After unlocking Sure Hit, the game forces the spear to track and connect, regardless of the target's movement.
Stacking Sure Hit with Smiting Bolt Proficiency turns the skill into a sustained, guaranteed-hit barrage. That combination is one of Damiane's strongest late-game ranged tools and is considered essential for bosses that frequently reposition.
