Where It Comes From
You receive a Note with a Suspicious Symbol each time you complete a bounty notice from House Celeste. After defeating or capturing the outlaw target and turning them in at a constabulary, the note remains in your inventory as a record of the completed bounty. Since bounty notices are repeatable and there are multiple targets across the Hernand region and beyond, you can accumulate many of these notes over the course of the game.
Consequences of Selling
No negative consequences. Selling the note does not lock you out of any quests, dialogue options, or story branches.
No hidden quest triggers. Despite the intriguing name and description, the note does not lead to any secret content.
Minimal silver gain. At 10 Copper per note, the sell value is negligible. The main benefit is freeing up inventory space rather than earning money.
