Root's End Ruins Farming Loop is a highly efficient repeatable route at Root's End Ruins near Sage's Peak in the Hernand region of Crimson Desert. The loop farms Abyss Gear (Insight I and Destruction I cores), Abyss Cells, Iron Ore, and Abyss Artifact XP at a rate of roughly one Abyss Core per minute with practice.

Unlock the Abyss Nexus nearest to Root's End Ruins.
Travel to the summit of Root's End Ruins. Three to four Bismuth Oreback Crabs spawn there.
Kill all but one of the Oreback Crabs. Force Palm flips the crabs onto their backs; follow up with sword attacks on the exposed belly.
Fast travel to the nearby Abyss Nexus.
Fast travel back to the summit. The full cluster of Oreback Crabs has respawned.
Repeat indefinitely. Sell or use gear as it piles up.
Leave at least one Bismuth Oreback Crab alive in the cluster. If every crab is killed at the same time, the entire group stops respawning permanently, and the loop is broken for that save.
Abyss Gear (Insight I and Destruction I cores)
Abyss Artifacts (experience credit)
Unwanted duplicate Abyss Gears can be sold at a vendor for additional Silver.
Keep Force Palm in rotation; it is the only reliable way to stagger a Bismuth Oreback Crab fast.
Bring a two-handed weapon for faster burst when the crab is flipped.
The Abyss Nexus teleport can now be used while mounted as of Patch 1.03.00, making the fast-travel half of the loop even quicker.
Root's End Ruins Farming Loop is most useful as part of a route that also covers nearby enemies, resources, or points of interest. Check the drops table before farming it directly, then follow the linked creature-family, biome, and material pages to decide whether the same route covers other needed materials.
