Where to Find the Map
Go a little northwest from the letter D in Demeniss on the world map. At this location, you will find a house on fire with dead soldiers lying outside and inside. The map piece is on a table inside the burning house.
Treasure Location and Solution
The map points to the Gate of Peace in Gorthak. Once you arrive, go in through the main gate and follow the flight of stairs all the way down until you reach a room with a bookshelf at the far end. Push the bookshelf to reveal a hidden room behind it. The treasure chest is inside this secret chamber.
Reward
Opening the treasure chest yields the Liberre Rapier, a unique weapon.
