This item can be obtained through quests, exploration, or interactions with NPCs in the world.
Patch 1.18.00, released on August 15, 2026, changed the location of the Baker's Note within the quest Haverson's Request. Guides and walkthroughs written before that date may point to the old placement. Pearl Abyss did not publish the new location, so it is not documented here yet.
