Hall of Illusion is the official English name of this dungeon: NCsoft's English Season 3 press release of April 8, 2026 uses it, and so does the game client's English data. This wiki previously used Phantom Corridor, an earlier translation of the Korean name 환영의 회랑. It is an Expedition dungeon for up to five players in AION 2, added to the Korean and Taiwanese service on April 8, 2026 as the first new dungeon of Season 3. It runs in Exploration and in Conquest Normal and Hard, and NCsoft set its minimum entry item level at 3,000. Clearing it yields Fragment: Yustiel's Trace, the material for the Daevanion Yustiel, which raises Attack and Defense, along with Hero and Unique equipment. As of October 7, 2026, NCsoft's global notices have not said whether it is open in the global build.
Name in Different Clients
Corridor of Illusions is another translation of the Korean name 환영의 회랑. NCsoft's English press release for Season 3 names the dungeon Hall of Illusion, and its May 13, 2026 announcement names it again as the Tier 5 Expedition whose Kina rewards were raised. English strategy guides often write Hall of Illusions.

NCsoft's April 2026 announcement gives 3,000 as the minimum item level; the Hard figure of 3,500 comes from the game data and matches player-compiled tables. Exploration costs 40 Odyle Energy according to the game data.
Route
Between bosses the party passes through barrier rooms. Interacting with the barrier lets everyone in for a few seconds before it closes; the barrier then becomes a wall that advances behind the group and kills on contact, so the party has to break the wall at the far end before it arrives. The exit wall has a health pool rather than a hit count, which favours fast, many-hit attacks. Since April 29, 2026 the advancing illusion veil also damages players along the path it has crossed.
Modes and Bosses
The dungeon has an Exploration version and a Conquest version with Normal and Hard difficulties. It is a standard three-boss Expedition, not a staged dungeon. On September 9, 2026 it became one of four Expeditions that drop all seven Draconic crafting materials in both bound and tradeable form. The English boss names below come from the game client's English data.
Order | Boss | Korean name | Main mechanics |
|---|---|---|---|
First | 나사라크 | Ghosts follow marked players and must be led into glowing circles at the four compass points; then everyone runs to the safe zone by the boss | |
Second | 글래스베인 | Crystals on the floor set off rings when approached, personal pools have to be carried away, and a pull into a wipe circle (Rising Madness) | |
Final | 나트하라 | Teleports to the farthest player, sweeping lasers, two mirror-shard reflection phases and a final split into two clones |
Boss Mechanics
Nazarak
Nazarak pulls players in with a purple field while striking in lines, burrows after a single player, and jumps to the centre to send out rings that have to be jumped. When he loses a segment of health his stagger gauge locks and he leaps to the middle of the room. Red eye marks appear on players and four glowing circles form at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions. A ghost spawns for each marked player and follows them; leading it into a circle destroys it, but two players in the same circle make the ghosts burst, and a ghost that reaches a player spreads Fear. Once the ghosts are gone everyone runs to the safe zone next to Nazarak before his wipe attack lands. In the five-player version introduced on July 1, 2026, three or four players are marked instead of every player. See Nazarak.
Glassvein
Glassvein's arena is studded with crystals that release spreading rings when someone walks near them, so players keep clear while dodging. Every player periodically drops a red pool that later becomes a damage-over-time zone and is best carried to the side. With Rising Madness Glassvein drags the party towards the centre and follows with a large red wipe circle that everyone has to run out of. NCsoft added a warning marker where its crystals will appear on May 20, 2026 and stopped Rising Madness from firing repeatedly after sudden health drops on June 17. See Glassvein.
Nathara
Nathara keeps teleporting to the player farthest from her, so the party stays reasonably close. She fires lasers that sweep most of the way around her, with the safe spot behind her, and casts triangle and wedge-shaped zones; any of her attacks that touch the crystals around the arena make them explode. Twice in the fight she moves to the centre and the crystals shatter into mirror shards. Players pick up a shard and, facing her, hold it up to reflect the beams of light she fires at the large crystals on the edge. A crystal hit twice turns red and explodes when the phase ends; two can be survived, three or more wipe the group, and a phase with no red crystals leaves her staggered. Near the end of the fight she vanishes and splits into two clones while two players are marked 1 and 2. Both clones must die within 30 seconds, and once one dies the other has to fall within 5 seconds; clones standing close together are linked and resist damage, so groups split two and two. See Nathara.
Loot and Rewards
The final boss drops Mysterious Ode, which has a higher chance than Shining Ode of producing a higher-grade Ode. On April 29, 2026 the Odyle Energy Cube gained a Unique-grade necklace and ring, and on May 13 the cube Kina rose from 705,000 to 810,000 on Normal and from 705,000 to 1,005,000 on Hard. Since the Chapter 1 update its Conquest bosses drop 15 Ode for a five-player party. Kina is paid as bound Kina in Exploration; regular, tradeable Kina in Conquest Normal and Hard.

Reward | Source | Use |
|---|---|---|
Mysterious Ode | Final boss | Higher chance of a higher-grade Ode than Shining Ode |
Fragment: Yustiel's Trace | Clears | Material for the Daevanion Yustiel |
Unstable Stigma Shard | Conquest cube | A wrong quantity on Hard was fixed on April 22, 2026 |
Draconic crafting materials | Conquest cube | All seven, bound and tradeable, since September 9, 2026 |
Mechanics Overview
Strategy write-ups for Hard, published the day after release, describe the threats that run through the whole dungeon:

All three bosses apply damage over time, so potions that cleanse it are part of the standard kit.
Between bosses, mirror-wall barriers block the path while a wall of death advances behind the party; the barriers resist most skills and fall fastest to quick, many-hit attacks.
Flying orbs in Nazarak's arena deal damage while players stay near them.
Composition Notes
Hall of Illusion is small-group content, not a raid. Expedition dungeons ran with parties of four until the July 1, 2026 Chapter 1 update raised them to five on the Korean and Taiwanese service, and the global store page also describes five-player party content. Sanctuary raids are the ten-player tier above it.

Party synergy changed twice in 2026. From April 22 the damage classes, Assassin, Ranger, Sorcerer and Spiritmaster, lost their party-wide synergy effects while the other classes' synergies were strengthened. On August 26 the Korean service toned down the party synergy of the Gladiator, Templar, Chanter and Cleric so that support classes lean on roles other than damage. See Classes for the details.
Events
From July 29 to August 12, 2026 the Expedition and Transcendence Boost-Up event doubled the Unstable Stigma Shards paid by Hall of Illusion and the other newer Conquest Expeditions, and added an event material for Material Conversion recipes.
The Chuseok Boost-Up event, running from September 23 to October 7, 2026, again doubled the Unstable Stigma Shards from its Conquest runs and paid 10 event coins per Normal or Hard clear.

Season 3 Context
Hall of Illusion arrived with the rest of the Season 3 launch on April 8, 2026, which also added seven new Nightmare bosses, ended Raid content, moved the Transcendence and Abyss rankings to a class-based system and added Succession Crafting and Pantheon presets.
Tips
Carry potions that remove damage over time; every boss here applies it.
Do not fall behind between bosses. The advancing wall kills on contact.
Assign mirror shards before Nathara's two reflection phases.
On Hard, bring both of Nathara's clones low before killing either, because the second has only a few seconds once the first dies.
