Glassvein (글래스베인) is the second boss of Hall of Illusion, the Season 3 Expedition added on April 8, 2026. Player write-ups call it the most straightforward of the three bosses: most of its attacks can be read and avoided. Everything here describes the Korean and Taiwanese service; NCsoft's global notices had not listed the Expeditions open in the global build as of October 7, 2026.

Mechanics
Glassvein cuts at its main target twice while players farther away get cross-shaped zones under their feet, and it charges its blade for three slashes whose energy reaches behind the boss, followed by a large ring with a safe space close to it. It also leaps and slams before throwing blades in every direction, and charges forwards into an attack that leaves only the space behind it safe.
The arena fills with crystals. Walking near one sets off spreading rings that have to be jumped until they stop, so players keep clear of them while dodging. Every player periodically drops a red pool that later becomes a damage-over-time zone; it is carried to the side and kept away from the spot where the boss started, because the next attack pulls everyone there. That attack is Rising Madness (차오르는 광기): Glassvein drags the party towards the centre and follows with a large red wipe circle that everyone has to run out of. Fast groups can skip its later use by bringing the boss down quickly.
