Legacy Items are 9 collectibles in 007 First Light that nod to the wider Bond canon. Each item references something from the broader Bond history (films, novels, prior games) without violating this game's standalone continuity. The full set rewards the Silver trophy "A legacy of spycraft."

Each Legacy Item is presented as an in-fiction object from MI6's history. The accompanying text card gestures toward a piece of Bond canon without lifting plot details. The game's framing positions them as historical curiosities preserved in MI6 archives, vault rooms, and field-office displays.
Legacy Items appear in the campaign's most institutional spaces: MI6 archives, Q Branch storage rooms, the Malta training facility's display halls, the Webb family's collection rooms, and several mission-specific vault rooms. Several Legacy Items require completing a side puzzle or door-code sequence to access.
Under the Q-Lens overlay, Legacy Items appear distinct from other collectibles because of their presentation on dedicated stands, plinths, or display cases. Several are gated behind side puzzles that require gadget combinations (Laser Strap + Q-Watch to open particular vault doors, for example).
