The Q-Lens is Bond's always-available reconnaissance overlay in 007 First Light. Activating it with L1 (PS5) reveals enemies, conversation hotspots, hackable devices, environmental kill setups, patrol routes, and pickpocketable items through walls. The Q-Lens consumes a Focus resource that regenerates over time rather than a slot in the three-gadget loadout.

The Q-Lens unlocks after mission The Heart of the Matter, alongside the Q-Watch, Laser Strap, and Dart Phone. Once unlocked, it is always available; it does not take a gadget loadout slot.
Activating the Q-Lens consumes a portion of Bond's Focus meter, the same resource that powers slow-motion headshots. Focus regenerates over time; the regeneration rate is faster when Bond is hidden and slower when in combat.
