36-pounders are the endgame caliber. Exclusive to the Blackbeard Frigate hull, which is the only ship that can mount this caliber.

Playstyle

Perfectly Ordered cannons reward chain-fire rotations. Landing a hit within 4 seconds of reload triggers +30% reload speed for 22 seconds, so a sustained broadside that keeps landing hits can run at a significantly higher fire rate than the base cannon. The bonus compounds with Gunroom Grog (+15% firearm reload, 30 min) for an aggressive mid-to-close-range volley chain.

Comparison to Other Variants

• Devastating variant: stacks Raked for 25 seconds (up to 3 stacks) to raise damage dealt to the target. Strong for long hauler fights.

• Tempered variant: rewards 6-second delay between reload and fire with +40% next-volley damage. Different playstyle from Perfectly Ordered.

This blueprint sits at the top of the cannon progression, so the Rogue Buccaneers Provisioner only lists it once your standing with the Buccaneers reaches Level 4. Reputation climbs as you complete faction work and turn in bounties, with the 600 point tier opening the highest vendor ranks. Each copy costs 500 Piastre, and because the plan is consumed on use you only need to buy one per character; the recipe then stays in your Shipwright's Workshop list permanently.
