Crusher is a Rare / Epic club-class melee weapon in Windrose. A hefty mace. A well-aimed blow can send someone into a deep sleep for hours.
Clubs are one-handed blunt Crude weapons that scale with Strength. Clubs cannot Perfect Block, so club builds lean into heavy-stagger hits, posture damage, and Strength-stat bonuses.

Rare and Epic variants share a base effect. Ascending the Rare to Epic at the Weaponsmith Workshop preserves the Rare effect and stacks an additional bonus on top.

Ascending the Rare variant at the Weaponsmith Workshop converts it into the Epic variant and unlocks the Epic bonus line. Ingredients: Crusher x1, Tumbaga Ingot x7. The ascension consumes the Rare weapon. See Tumbaga Ingot for sourcing notes and Upgrade System for the full ascension mechanic.

Scales well against the game's most common enemy faction at Epic. The knockdown chance stacks with Bonebreaker-talent stagger to lock down elites.
Trade-hit with heavy swings and stagger chains since clubs cannot Perfect Block. Keep an eye on posture bars because most club effects and talents compound when enemies are staggered rather than just damaged.
Strength-scaling weapons pull from the Crusher branch of the Talent System, with Toughguy as a survivability complement. Relevant picks include talents that boost Crude damage, two-handed melee damage, posture break on staggered enemies, and stamina-efficient heavy attacks. Strength weapons also benefit from Toughguy talents like Stout Frame and Too Angry to Die that improve survivability during heavy-attack windows.
See the Talent System article for the current list of unlockable talents and their exact bonus values. Respeccing talents costs an in-game currency, so early-game branch commitments tend to lock in weapon pairings for the rest of the playthrough.
The Crusher Talents branch is the direct match for a Crusher build. Every perk below appears in the current planner and pairs with the weapon's Crude damage, Strength scaling, and two-handed animations.
Bonecrusher: +3 / 6 / 9% Crude Damage per rank. Directly boosts the Crusher's damage type on every swing.
Massive: +5 / 7.5 / 10% two-handed weapon Damage per rank. Generic two-handed multiplier that applies to every Crusher hit.
Executioner's Aim: +4 / 8 / 12% Critical Hit Chance with two-handed melee per rank. Turns random heavy swings into occasional crit spikes.
Perfected Form: 10 / 17.5 / 25% less Stamina per two-handed attack per rank. Lets you extend combo strings on heavy enemies without running dry.
Momentum: +5 / 7 / 9% Damage per stack when hitting 2 or more enemies, capped at 3 stacks. The Crusher's broad arc rewards this in crowded pirate-camp fights.
Dominating Presence: +6 / 12 / 18% Melee Damage for 60s when an enemy dies within 8m. Chains naturally while clearing trash mobs one after another.
Berserk: +3 / 5 / 7% Damage per 15% Health lost stack. Pairs with the forward-pressure playstyle where you tend to trade blows rather than kite.
Retribution: 40 / 70 / 100% more effective converting Temporal Health into Health per rank. Smooths out the exchange-damage loop that heavy melee forces into most fights.
Branch and stat priority: commit to Crusher Talents rather than dipping into Fencer or Marksman, which are tuned for one-handed precision and ranged weapons. A light Toughguy Talents dip for survivability is common before going deep into Crusher. Respeccing costs an in-game currency, so early branch choices are effectively semi-permanent.
