As a Superintendent, Rex holds a senior enforcement post in the River Constabulary, the same body led by Chief Inspector Lorin. His official profile presents him as an officer devoted to the letter of the law. The quote on his title page reads: "Enforcers of the law must show no leniency to maintain its authority."
Personality
Rex is described as a young superintendent who steps forward quickly in a crisis. His belief in order borders on the fanatical, and he sees justice in stark terms, treating wrongdoing as something without shades of grey. That rigid outlook contrasts with the Detective, who works outside formal institutions and weighs each case on its own evidence.
Combat Role
Rex is a 5-star character of the Hero class, a front-line damage class, and carries the Fulmen elemental attribute. The second test's own reward announcement lists him as the 5-star Hero "Rex | Superintendent", one of the featured 5-stars on its standard Repertoire Beyond the Curtain and standard Monologue Hidden Pages. Those values describe that build rather than a finished release version.
Like every playable character, Rex channels these abilities through a personal Reactor, the same technology described on Silverium and Spinotrodes. The elemental attribute also determines which Resonance effect triggers once the Resonance meter fills during a fight.
