Overview

Fly is a Pokemon Specialty in Pokemon Pokopia that enables fast travel. When you open the Pokedex to search for a specific Pokemon and select it, a Fly-specialty Pokemon will carry Ditto directly to that Pokemon's habitat. Fly drastically reduces traversal time across the five large biomes.

What It Does

• Transports Ditto from the current location to any registered Pokemon's habitat

• Used by selecting a Pokemon in the Pokedex search and confirming the Fly option

• Bypasses terrain obstacles like cliffs, water, and walls

• Same end-result as Teleport specialty, though the in-game animation differs (Fly soars, Teleport blinks)

Tips

• Befriend Pidgey early. Pidgey is the easiest Fly Pokemon to obtain in Withered Wasteland, and even one Fly Pokemon massively speeds up cross-area travel.

• Fly works with any registered Pokemon as the destination, not just specific waypoints. This means you can reach any habitat instantly once you have explored to it once.

• Pair Fly with Search specialty Pokemon to combine fast travel and buried-item exploration in single trips.
