Oni Vision is a perception ability granted by the Oni Gauntlet. It reveals hidden Genma, threads of Malice, and spiritual seals across corrupted areas of Kyoto, doubling as a combat-readiness and exploration tool.

Arrow Deflection is the precisely timed sword-swing defence Musashi uses against incoming arrows in Onimusha: Way of the Sword. A held block stops an arrow, a timed parry slices it midair, and a deflect sends it back at the archer.

The Posture System in Onimusha: Way of the Sword is a shared stamina mechanic that governs guards, parries, and the lead-up to Break Issen. Capcom describes the Stamina Gauge as the connection between a character's soul and body; draining it causes loss of balance and opens the window for an execution.

Break Issen is the stamina-break execution move in Onimusha: Way of the Sword. Against regular Genma it instantly kills by dismemberment; against bosses it opens body-part targeting with red and purple zones.
