Swampweed Monopoly is a Chapter 2 assignment exclusive to Brotherhood Novices. Ask Cor Kalom for work after joining the Swamp Camp. He wants the unauthorized New Camp smoke-roll operation closed.
Find the herbalists
Outside the New Camp entrance, head south toward the fishing docks and turn right near the brown shed. Renyu guards the large cave opening. Speak to him and enter to find Jacko and his associates.
Choose how to end the operation
Approach | Result |

Warn Jacko that Kalom has sent five Templars | The group flees, avoiding combat. This step awards 500 XP. |
Threaten to finish the group personally | Jacko, Killian, and Renyu become hostile. Defeat them to close the operation. |
Return to Cor Kalom for the quest's 750 XP completion reward. If Jacko was already killed during Up to His Neck, reporting to Kalom can finish the assignment immediately instead of requiring another trip.
